PM Agent Strategy Authoring

Turn an LLM-driven idea into runnable oracle3 AgentStrategy code, then judge it the only honest way: in paper trading.

⚠️ **Trading warning / Avertissement trading** : informational only, not investment advice. Prediction-market contracts can go to zero, a strategy that behaved in simulation can lose real money, and no backtest or paper run promises a return. Curated by Skill Harbor: the strategy-authoring runbook of oracle3, an open-source prediction-market trading engine and MCP server for Polymarket, Kalshi and other venues (pip install oracle3). This skill covers the LLM-driven flavour: it scaffolds an AgentStrategy subclass with the strategy create command, has the model or an external API make decisions inside process_event, and requires the reasoning to be written down on every decision with record_decision so the run can be monitored and reviewed afterwards. The discipline is explicit: check the control plane's pause flag before every decision, give every external call a timeout so it can never block the event loop, record the strategy file, class name and command for reproducibility, and never use future information. Validation is a short dry run on a handful of events; evaluation is paper trading with the monitor on, because agent strategies cannot be grid-searched or auto-tuned, a limit the skill states plainly. Mid-run you can pause, resume, and even hot-swap the strategy file. From the YichengYang-Ethan/oracle3-prediction-market-agent repository (Apache-2.0). Honest caveats: an LLM-driven strategy is non-deterministic by design, so identical code can decide differently tomorrow, and a calm paper run is evidence, not a promise; taking a strategy live afterwards is a separate, gated step (see the live trade ops skill), not a formality. Skill Harbor never reviews the code, review it yourself before use.

How to check a build before installing →

Use "PM Agent Strategy Authoring" with your Muse. Prerequisites: Python with the open-source oracle3 package installed (pip install oracle3) and a cloned copy of the repo (git clone https://github.com/YichengYang-Ethan/oracle3-prediction-market-agent) so the strategy contracts and examples are on hand. No live credentials are needed for this skill: authoring and paper trading never touch real money, and paper runs must never use live keys. 1. Open the skill: https://github.com/YichengYang-Ethan/oracle3-prediction-market-agent/blob/main/skills/pm-agent-strategy-authoring/SKILL.md and copy the full SKILL.md text. 2. Paste it into a chat with Muse and add: "Scaffold an AgentStrategy that reads market events, records its reasoning on every decision, and checks the pause flag before acting. Then validate it on 10 events." 3. Evaluate in paper trading with the monitor on, and read the recorded reasoning on a sample of decisions before trusting the strategy with anything further. Tip: keep every run reproducible: save the strategy file path, class name and the exact command next to the results. Safety: a skill is plain-text instructions; it runs nothing by itself. Paper trading only at this stage; live trading is a separate decision with its own gates. Informational only, not investment advice.

Questions

How do I install a build?

Every product page includes a copy-paste install prompt. Paste it into your Muse and it sets the build up for you — no manual configuration.

Where does my money go?

Straight to the seller. Skill Harbor never processes payments: checkout happens on the seller’s own page, usually Stripe.

What does the ✓ next to a creator’s name mean?

It means we confirmed the identity of the person behind the listing. It says nothing about the code itself — always check a build before installing it.
