Anima

Before you start: read this whole install prompt, tell me in a few lines what this skill does and what installing it involves, and wait for my go-ahead before you do anything else. Prerequisites: none for the install itself: no account, no API key, no paid service, nothing to install first. Using the skill afterwards needs Node, and a Chrome or Chromium installed on the machine for its screenshot and verification scripts (they drive a locally installed browser headlessly; they install nothing themselves). Know the time shape before starting a figure: the skill sizes every request up front (a Figure is roughly 30 to 90 minutes of work, a Hero 2 to 4 hours, an Epic 6 hours or more and is never started unless I choose it after seeing the estimate). Install "anima" for me. It creates crafted, accurate visualizations of anatomy, neurobiology, pharmacology, drugs, cells and molecular biology: interactive isometric SVG figures with sourced numbers, a live readout driven by a small model, accessible motion, optional WebGL and a beta 3D mode, framed as a card with citations and an educational note. The code is plain readable JavaScript and TypeScript; nothing is obfuscated. - Nothing is sent anywhere during installation itself; the only download at install time is the repository from GitHub at the pinned commit. The files name no account, no API key and no telemetry, and the skill uploads nothing at use time: a figure is an HTML page (or a standalone SVG) written on my machine. - At use time the work is local: Node build scripts assemble the figure from the kit, and the verification scripts (scripts/capture.mjs, drive.mjs, lines.mjs and the turn checks) drive a Chrome or Chromium already installed on the machine (a system browser or a Playwright-cache Chromium) against the local pages; the only fetches inside those scripts are to the browser's own 127.0.0.1 DevTools endpoints. The one outward step is the research the method requires before drawing: collecting trusted sources for the structure and the numbers (primary or authoritative references, for example PubChem records for a molecule's skeletal formula, as one shipped example cites), because every number a figure displays must carry a citation in its caption or sources block. - The accuracy contract is written into the skill: literal anatomy for structures, a mechanical metaphor only when it is labelled as one with its limits stated; no invented anatomy and no mechanism the evidence does not support; figures are educational, not medical advice, and the skill's own Limits section says it is not a validated anatomy atlas, a diagnostic aid or a treatment guide, which matters most for the drug and dosing figures. Verification is part of the method, not an extra: the geometry audit and the line-end check must be run to zero, with 4x close-ups read by eye, before a figure counts as done. 3. When I say "yes, install", install it as a skill: copy the whole repository folder (everything except .git) into the agent's skills directory, in a folder named "anima", keeping all 95 files. The upstream route, npx skills add Garinmckayl/anima -g -a claude-code, installs the same repository; either route is fine as long as every file matches the fingerprints. 4. Verify with no network calls: frontmatter valid, all 95 files in place. 5. Report what was installed, where, and what I still need to do myself (for example: have Node and a Chrome or Chromium available before the verification steps, and name the structure or mechanism myself; using the skill is a separate step that only starts when I ask for it, starting with the size estimate the skill gives before it builds anything). GitHub is optional: if I have a GitHub account or the gh CLI, you may use it; otherwise public access is fine. Never require it unless it's in the prerequisites above.
