A Skill Harbor house build: a solo adventure campaign in chat, where you are the hero. Your assistant invents an original world just for your campaign, with peoples, places, and creatures found in no existing work, and creates your character with you in at most three questions: a name, two or three short traits, and one simple resource called Breath, counted from 0 to 5. The campaign runs three to six chapters, each of six to ten scenes. At every scene you get a short situation, two to four choices as buttons, and a standing invitation to write any action of your own instead. What makes this game different is that nothing is improvised. Before the first scene of a chapter is shown, the whole chapter already exists, written and timestamped inside your campaign state file: every scene text, every choice, and the exact consequence that will apply if you pick it, effects on inventory, flags, and Breath included. A coherence check over branches, conditions, and established facts must pass before play begins. When you choose, you receive the consequence written for that choice, followed by a one-line summary of its mechanical effects. Consequences can also land later: a promise, a grudge, or a debt becomes a flag with a named future scene where it comes due, and the text prepared for that moment is the text you get. The campaign remembers because the file remembers. Your inventory holds named objects gained, used, consumed, or lost only through written consequences, and an object found in one chapter can open a door in the next, with a costlier path always prepared for players who missed it. Free actions are resolved against facts cited from the state, in three outcomes only, success, partial success at a bounded cost, or impossible at no cost, and failure never kills your character: if Breath reaches zero, you fall back to the previous scene with a lasting exhaustion flag. Sessions pause whenever you like, and resuming starts with a faithful recap built only from the state file: character, situation, inventory as it stands, up to three marked choices as recorded, and the open threads still waiting, with nothing invented and nothing of what comes next revealed. Prerequisites: none at all: no account, no connection, no group. The listing is free under the Skill Harbor House License: free to use for yourself and in your own projects, all rights reserved, no redistribution or resale: not open source. The files are plain Markdown you can read before installing, and the campaign data the skill creates lives in a data folder you own, never inside the skill.

Before you start: tell me in a few lines what this skill does and what installing it involves, and wait for my go-ahead. Prerequisites: none. Install "You Are the Hero" for me. It turns my assistant into the author and referee of a solo adventure campaign played in chat: every scene, choice, and consequence of a chapter is written into the campaign state before the first scene is shown, my inventory and consequence flags carry from scene to scene and from session to session, and a paused campaign resumes with a recap built only from its state file. Download SKILL.md, the helper file, and LICENSE into a temporary folder, keeping the helper file inside a references subfolder. 2. Compare each file with the fingerprint from Skill Harbor's review of 2026-10-10: - SKILL.md: SHA-256 296548dd959e7576b12b72ae599ad6616b9858b239f75a2d47349e1b944a60a9 - references/you-are-the-hero.md: SHA-256 53f2b0d392461bae57b84ffabd47fab8f17b8433470416a5e38ff8f795333c87 - LICENSE: SHA-256 d7db27db632a56a432d4f883c89507f031215e665f4806dfcd2dea15c0fb8271 If a file does not match, it changed since the review: do not install it yet, tell me what you found and let me decide. 3. Read the files and tell me in plain words: what the skill does when used, whether it connects to a service, whether it reads or sends any personal information or keys, and anything that seems unusual. 4. When I say yes, copy the files into my skills folder, in a folder named "you-are-the-hero", keeping the helper file inside its references subfolder and LICENSE alongside SKILL.md. 5. Check the copy opens correctly (valid frontmatter, files in place) and tell me what was installed, where, and what is left for me to do: nothing. Just start a new campaign or resume a paused one whenever I want. GitHub is optional: if I have a GitHub account or the gh CLI, you may use it; otherwise public access is fine. Rules: only touch the temporary folder and the install target. If something seems off, stop and ask me.

Questions
How do I install a build?
Every product page includes a copy-paste install prompt. Paste it into your Muse and it sets the build up for you — no manual configuration.
Where does my money go?
Straight to the seller. Skill Harbor never processes payments: checkout happens on the seller’s own page, usually Stripe.
What does the ✓ next to a creator’s name mean?
It means we confirmed the identity of the person behind the listing. It says nothing about the code itself — always check a build before installing it.
