A Skill Harbor house build: the classic twenty questions, played both ways in a single solo game refereed by your own Muse, right in chat. In Phase A, you think of a secret subject and announce only its category, one of six: animal, object, trade, place, fictional character, or food. Your assistant then has at most 20 closed questions to find it. In Phase B the roles reverse: your assistant picks a subject in the same perimeter, seals it in writing, announces only its category, and you get at most 20 closed questions to find it. One game, two deductions, each side measured on the same bound. Phase A is button play, with its discipline written down. The assistant asks one closed question at a time, numbered as it goes, and you answer with three buttons, always Yes, No, and I do not know. An I do not know answer counts in the 20, because the bound measures exchanges, not useful answers, and it never lets the assistant rule anything out. Naming a subject as a guess also counts as a question, and the assistant may not try a name before the 8th counted exchange, so luck cannot dress up as strategy. Between questions, the assistant keeps its journal in the game state: ruled out families with dated reasons, live leads, and any incoherence in your answers, where the first answer always stands. Its questions stick to perceptible traits and common knowledge, never encyclopedia detail. Phase B is where the reversal earns its name. Before your first question, the assistant writes a complete sealed card into the game state: its subject, 12 to 20 verifiable attributes including predictable negations, predefined answers, and supporting facts. It then answers strictly from that card, with a bare Yes, No, or I do not know and the counter, no comment and no warmer tone after a good question. A question the card cannot settle gets an honest I do not know, which counts in your 20, and a hole in the card is logged, never improvised away. You may guess at any time, each attempt counts, and a non closed question is reformulated with no penalty. Finding a subject in N exchanges scores 21 minus N in either phase, a failure scores 0, and at the end every Phase B answer is rechecked against the sealed card, in front of you. Your Phase B wins build a streak kept in your own data folder. The listing is free under the Skill Harbor House License: free to use for yourself and in your own projects, all rights reserved, no redistribution or resale, and it is not open source. There are no prerequisites at all: no account, no connection, no group, nothing to configure. The files are plain Markdown you can read before installing, and the game data the skill creates, the per game state with the sealed card and your scores, lives in a data folder you own, never inside the skill.

Before you start: tell me in a few lines what this skill does and what installing it involves, and wait for my go-ahead. Prerequisites: none. Install "Twenty Questions, Reversed" for me. It turns my assistant into the referee of a solo yes/no deduction game in chat, played in two phases: in Phase A my assistant guesses the secret subject I chose, asking at most 20 closed questions I answer with Yes, No, or I do not know buttons, and it may only attempt a name from the 8th counted exchange; in Phase B the roles reverse, my assistant seals its subject in a written card in the game state before the phase starts, and I guess it in at most 20 closed questions. An I do not know counts in the 20 in both phases, and a guess attempt counts as a question. My game history and my Phase B streak are kept in my own data folder. Source: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/skill-harbor-hq/house-skills/main/twenty-questions-reversed/SKILL.md Helper files, in the same skill folder in the repository (twenty-questions-reversed/): references/twenty-questions-reversed.md, and LICENSE at the root of the skill folder. 1. Download SKILL.md, the helper file, and LICENSE into a temporary folder, keeping the helper file inside a references subfolder. 2. Compare each file with the fingerprint from Skill Harbor's review of 2026-10-10: - SKILL.md: SHA-256 3fb5bb584d00d496854128890298257328c2e73e17c3ba00f9447fab5020c7b2 - references/twenty-questions-reversed.md: SHA-256 90ea03208ddc38f79dfb8b72656b76360a3b66509a69d8d68675e2b2b1ec8ca4 - LICENSE: SHA-256 d7db27db632a56a432d4f883c89507f031215e665f4806dfcd2dea15c0fb8271 If a file does not match, it changed since the review: do not install it yet, tell me what you found and let me decide. 3. Read the files and tell me in plain words: what the skill does when used, whether it connects to a service, whether it reads or sends any personal information or keys, and anything that seems unusual. 4. When I say yes, copy the files into my skills folder, in a folder named "twenty-questions-reversed", keeping the helper file inside its references subfolder and LICENSE alongside SKILL.md. 5. Check the copy opens correctly (valid frontmatter, files in place) and tell me what was installed, where, and what is left for me to do: nothing, just start a game whenever I want. GitHub is optional: if I have a GitHub account or the gh CLI, you may use it; otherwise public access is fine. Rules: only touch the temporary folder and the install target. If something seems off, stop and ask me.

Questions
How do I install a build?
Every product page includes a copy-paste install prompt. Paste it into your Muse and it sets the build up for you — no manual configuration.
Where does my money go?
Straight to the seller. Skill Harbor never processes payments: checkout happens on the seller’s own page, usually Stripe.
What does the ✓ next to a creator’s name mean?
It means we confirmed the identity of the person behind the listing. It says nothing about the code itself — always check a build before installing it.
