A Skill Harbor house build: a single-elimination tournament, refereed by your own Muse inside a group chat you own. From 4 to 16 players sign up in the thread, and the bracket does the rest: quarter-finals or semi-finals depending on the count, one round per period you choose, and a final that crowns a champion. If the headcount is not a power of two, the bracket rounds up and the missing places become byes, given to the earliest signups in timestamped order, no draw, no favour, while signup order itself makes the seeds, crossed in the classic way so the top seed meets the lowest. Every duel is a mini-quiz, and it is never a shared one. Each opponent receives their own questions in a private 1:1 message, different questions for the two players, always, balanced for comparable difficulty and passed through a full quality gate, and answers privately before the round's shared deadline. The fairness is structural: before the first question of a duel is sent, the referee writes both question sets, their complete answer keys, and one sealed reserve question per player into the state file. Nobody can be favoured after the fact, because the key predates the play; once the duel closes, its key is published with the result and anyone can recount. The score is simply the number of correct answers. Ties are settled by a written rule, announced before anyone plays, never by chance: first a sudden-death question for each player, sealed the same way; if that still does not separate them, the player whose complete set in the initial duel arrived earliest advances, at equal knowledge, the tournament rewards the fastest. Silence at a deadline is a forfeit, a partial set is marked as delivered with the blanks counted wrong, a double silence eliminates both players, and the semi-final losers share third place. After every round the updated bracket is published in the thread, so the whole group follows the road to the final. Honest prerequisites: installing the skill files needs nothing at all. Playing needs a Muse assistant and a messaging account you connect to it yourself, Messenger first, plus a group on it that you designate. The assistant referees from your own account, and every public message needs your approval before it is sent. If you also play, duel messages go out on a template you approve once, the referee fills them and never shows you the filled versions, you receive your own questions in private like every player, and that protection is procedural, a matter of trust, stated plainly in the announcement. The game is covered by the Skill Harbor House License: free to use, all rights reserved.

Before you start: tell me in a few lines what this skill does and what installing it involves, and wait for my go-ahead. Prerequisites: none for installing the skill files. To play a tournament afterward, I need a messaging account connected to my assistant (Messenger first) and a group on it that I designate; the assistant referees from my own account, and public game messages need my approval before they are sent. Install "Tournament Bracket" for me. It turns my assistant into the referee of a single-elimination tournament in my own group chat: 4 to 16 players, each duel a private mini-quiz with different questions per player and an answer key sealed in the state file before the duel, sudden-death then earliest-complete-set tiebreaks, byes for the earliest signups, and an updated bracket published after every round. Download SKILL.md and the three helper files into a temporary folder, keeping the two reference files inside a references subfolder and LICENSE alongside SKILL.md. 2. Compare each file with the fingerprint from Skill Harbor's review of 2026-10-10: - SKILL.md: SHA-256 c07865588be5ff02729ee0ab8739a5ab80798d2a44c9edcc6eec74998e664cd0 - references/tournament-bracket.md: SHA-256 140dc6e43531d748342aea5bf376323c943d3f03e9551cac91bc45c527564ba2 - references/group-messaging.md: SHA-256 3e92c77f104757180cfa9e0e3530c45113e4b8f84614770754469aef9eecaff4 - LICENSE: SHA-256 d7db27db632a56a432d4f883c89507f031215e665f4806dfcd2dea15c0fb8271 If a file does not match, it changed since the review: do not install it yet, tell me what you found and let me decide. 3. Read the files and tell me in plain words: what the skill does when used, whether it connects to a service, whether it reads or sends any personal information or keys, and anything that seems unusual. 4. When I say yes, copy the files into my skills folder, in a folder named "tournament-bracket", keeping the two reference files inside their references subfolder and LICENSE alongside SKILL.md. 5. Check the copy opens correctly (valid frontmatter, files in place) and tell me what was installed, where, and what is left for me to do: connect my messaging, designate my group, and fill in the player config in my own data folder. GitHub is optional: if I have a GitHub account or the gh CLI, you may use it; otherwise public access is fine. Rules: only touch the temporary folder and the install target. If something seems off, stop and ask me.

Questions
How do I install a build?
Every product page includes a copy-paste install prompt. Paste it into your Muse and it sets the build up for you — no manual configuration.
Where does my money go?
Straight to the seller. Skill Harbor never processes payments: checkout happens on the seller’s own page, usually Stripe.
What does the ✓ next to a creator’s name mean?
It means we confirmed the identity of the person behind the listing. It says nothing about the code itself — always check a build before installing it.
