Before you start: read this whole install prompt, tell me in a few lines what this skill does and what installing it involves, and wait for my go-ahead before you do anything else. Prerequisites — FAMILY SYSTEM FIRST: this skill is one folder of the claude-seo plugin family. Its text runs bundled Python tools through the family launcher at scripts/claude-seo in the repository root (invoked as "${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/scripts/claude-seo"), and the family's scripts/, agents/ and the other seo-* sub-skills live OUTSIDE this skill's folder. Installing this listing alone copies only this skill's folder, without the launcher, the scripts or the sibling skills: referenced tools and sub-skills are absent outside a full claude-seo installation (the repository's own install.sh / plugin install). The family's optional extensions (the extensions/ folders of the repository: ahrefs, banana, bing-webmaster, dataforseo, firecrawl, matomo, profound, seranking, unlighthouse) are NOT part of this listing: each requires its own install.sh and its own service API key, and this skill only routes to them when they are installed and credentialed. No account, no key and no payment are needed to copy the files, and nothing is run during installation. At use time (never at install) the skill writes five deliverable files in your working folder (SEO-STRATEGY.md, COMPETITOR-ANALYSIS.md, CONTENT-CALENDAR.md, IMPLEMENTATION-ROADMAP.md, SITE-STRUCTURE.md) and can use the DataForSEO MCP tools for competitive and keyword data when that extension is available. Install "SEO Plan" for me. The skill itself is a specialised sub-skill of the claude-seo family (orchestrated by the seo skill, a separate listing), invoked as /seo plan [business-type]. What it does alone is the strategic planning framework: a six-step process (discovery, competitive analysis of the top 5 competitors, architecture design, content strategy, technical foundation, and a four-phase implementation roadmap from weeks 1-4 foundation to months 7-12 authority), driven by the six industry templates bundled in its own assets/ folder (saas, local-service, ecommerce, publisher, agency, generic — all included in this folder; an unrecognised business type falls back to generic.md).
