Remotion Best Practices

Before you start: read this whole install prompt, tell me in a few lines what this skill does and what installing it involves, and wait for my go-ahead before you do anything else. Prerequisites — None to install this skill — no account, no key, no payment. Two disclosures up front: (1) this is the router that encompasses all the other Remotion skills in its repository and points each task to their REFERENCE.md files — its folder embeds one subfolder per specialised skill, and the specialised skills are also separate installs that belong alongside it (this batch includes captions, create, docs and interactivity; the other seven follow in the next batch); (2) no licence file or licence mention was found anywhere in the upstream repository at the pinned commit, so no licence terms are stated for it — do not present it as open source. Install "Remotion Best Practices" for me. It is the router skill for Remotion, the React framework for programmatic video: instead of containing every rule itself, its SKILL.md decides, for the task at hand — making a video, setting up a project, writing markup, maps, multimedia work, interactivity, opening the preview, rendering, captions, building a SaaS, looking up documentation, upgrading — which specialised reference to load, and it sets the working defaults (preserve the user's own code edits, open the Studio preview as soon as the project runs, render only when the user is very explicit). The router itself reads no credentials and sends nothing anywhere. - The licence point from the prerequisites is part of the picture: no licence was found anywhere in the upstream repository at the pinned commit, so do not present this skill as MIT, Apache or open source. - Do not scaffold a project, open Studio, render anything, and do not use the skill in any way during this install: using it is a separate step that only starts when I ask for Remotion work later. 3. When I say "yes, install", install it as a skill: copy the whole remotion-best-practices folder into the agent's skills directory, in a folder named exactly "remotion-best-practices", keeping its 144 files in their original relative layout (SKILL.md at its root). 4. Verify with no network calls: frontmatter valid (name: remotion-best-practices), the 144 files in place with matching fingerprints. Do not run anything from the folder and do not use the skill to verify. 5. Report what was installed, where, and what I still need to do myself (for example: that the specialised Remotion skills also install alongside it as separate skills, that no licence was found in the upstream repository, and that using it is a separate step that only starts when I ask for Remotion work). GitHub is optional: if I have a GitHub account or the gh CLI, you may use it; otherwise public access is fine. Never require it unless it's in the prerequisites above. Rules: don't touch anything outside the temp folder and the install target. If anything looks off, stop and ask me.
