PM Data Discovery

Find prediction markets, inspect what data exists, and save research samples to files, before any strategy work begins.

⚠️ **Trading warning / Avertissement trading** : informational only, not investment advice. This skill collects data and places no trades at all; data alone is not an edge, and a recorded sample describes one stretch of one market, not its future behaviour. Curated by Skill Harbor: the data-discovery runbook of oracle3, the open-source prediction-market engine and MCP server. It answers three questions before any strategy work: which data sources are available, how to find the target markets, and how to save the data as files that later research can use. Online, it lists, searches and inspects markets on Polymarket and Kalshi (metadata, history), fetches news from Google and RSS sources, and records raw event streams to JSONL files; offline, it works from local history files with research commands that sort markets and cut slices by market and event. The same ground is reachable through the MCP server's search, market, order book and quote tools. Every output is a data inventory (markets, time range, file paths) with the exact command that reproduces it, and the flow falls back to the local commands when the network is unavailable instead of stopping. The boundary is stated in the skill itself: discover, filter, sample and save only; no strategy hypotheses belong here. From the YichengYang-Ethan/oracle3-prediction-market-agent repository (Apache-2.0). Honest caveats: venue data quality and history depth vary, a recorded stream is a sample with gaps rather than a complete tape, and prices saved today settle questions about the past only. Skill Harbor never reviews the code, review it yourself before use.

How to check a build before installing →

Use "PM Data Discovery" with your Muse. Prerequisites: Python with the oracle3 package installed (pip install oracle3), or the oracle3-mcp server connected. This skill is read and record only: it places no trades, needs no credentials, and stops at a data inventory. 1. Open the skill: https://github.com/YichengYang-Ethan/oracle3-prediction-market-agent/blob/main/skills/pm-data-discovery/SKILL.md and copy the full SKILL.md text. 2. Paste it into a chat with Muse and add: "Search Polymarket for markets on this topic, pull market info and price history for the liquid ones, and save a research slice to a file." 3. Check the output inventory: markets covered, time range, and the exact file paths and commands, so a later session can reproduce the same dataset. Tip: prefer the JSON output everywhere; later strategy work consumes files, not screenshots of a terminal. Safety: a skill is plain-text instructions; it runs nothing by itself. Discovery and collection only, no orders of any kind. Informational only, not investment advice.

Questions

How do I install a build?

Every product page includes a copy-paste install prompt. Paste it into your Muse and it sets the build up for you — no manual configuration.

Where does my money go?

Straight to the seller. Skill Harbor never processes payments: checkout happens on the seller’s own page, usually Stripe.

What does the ✓ next to a creator’s name mean?

It means we confirmed the identity of the person behind the listing. It says nothing about the code itself — always check a build before installing it.
