⚠️ **Trading warning / Avertissement trading** : informational only, not investment advice. A chain shows quotes, not a recommendation, and option prices move fast. Curated by Skill Harbor: the full option chain for one ticker and one expiration, pulled from Yahoo Finance. Ask for the available expiration dates first, then fetch the chain itself: every call and put with strike, bid, ask, volume, open interest, and implied volatility, presented as a table next to the current underlying price, with the high-volume and high-open-interest strikes and notable IV levels highlighted. It is the raw material for the rest of the options toolkit in this repo: check liquidity before a trade, find the strikes that actually change hands, and see where the market is pricing movement. It runs as a Python script (scripts/options.py, needs pandas and yfinance) from the staskh/trading_skills repo, with all timestamps in New York time and a data delay field stamped on the output. From the staskh/trading_skills repository (MIT). Honest caveats: Yahoo Finance data is free but unofficial and can be delayed, stale, or missing strikes, so confirm any price you would act on with your broker; the chain covers one expiration at a time, and this is a data display, not a scanner across the whole market. Skill Harbor never reviews the code, review it yourself before use.

Install
Copy the install package below, then paste it into MuseThe install prompt below already includes the vetting steps: your agent follows the community checklist before installing anything with executable code. Want more?
Use "Option Chain" with your Muse. Prerequisites: clone the repo once (git clone https://github.com/staskh/trading_skills) and keep the folder handy; the skills live in .claude/skills/ and the scripts run from the repo with uv (uv run python), or with plain python if uv is not installed. This skill needs pandas and yfinance, installed through the repo project. No API key and no brokerage account are required; the data comes from Yahoo Finance via the free yfinance library (unofficial, possibly delayed). 1. Open the skill: https://github.com/staskh/trading_skills/blob/main/.claude/skills/option-chain/SKILL.md and copy the full SKILL.md text. 2. Paste it into a chat with Muse and add: "Show me the option chain for SPY: list the available expirations first, then fetch the nearest one and highlight the strikes with the highest volume and open interest." 3. Treat wide bid-ask spreads and zero open interest as a warning, not a bargain: a cheap strike that nobody trades can be expensive to exit. Tip: compare the same expiry across two days to see IV expand or contract into an event like earnings. Safety: a skill is plain-text instructions; it runs nothing by itself. This is informational only, not investment advice.

Questions
How do I install a build?
Every product page includes a copy-paste install prompt. Paste it into your Muse and it sets the build up for you — no manual configuration.
Where does my money go?
Straight to the seller. Skill Harbor never processes payments: checkout happens on the seller’s own page, usually Stripe.
What does the ✓ next to a creator’s name mean?
It means we confirmed the identity of the person behind the listing. It says nothing about the code itself — always check a build before installing it.
