Skill Harbor never reviews the code of a listed skill. These are dated facts about the install prompt and our install test, not a safety certification. Review a skill yourself before you install it. How we verify

Before you start: read this whole install prompt, tell me in a few lines what this skill does and what installing it involves, and wait for my go-ahead before you do anything else. Prerequisites: Paid Azure usage, disclosed up front: using this skill requires an Azure account with access to an Azure subscription that has the Advisor recommendation you want to fix (your Azure resources are billed by Microsoft under your own Azure agreement). It also requires an agent host that exposes the Azure Advisor remediation MCP tool, signed in to that Azure account: that tool is called with the recommendationTypeId only and returns remediation data held by Azure for your subscription context. If Advisor returns no usable remediation, the skill retrieves public documentation from learn.microsoft.com instead. No separate API key is set up, and nothing is sent during installation itself. The remediation steps themselves (Azure CLI or PowerShell commands shown for hybrid or executable guidance) change your Azure resources only if you choose to run them yourself. Install "Azure Advisor Actionability" for me. Remediation for one Azure Advisor recommendation. The skill requires the recommendationTypeId GUID and the complete affected resourceId (never a recommendation instance id, never guessed), calls the advisor_remediation_get tool once with the type id only, and builds guidance only from the returned remediation or, when Advisor has none, from retrieved public Microsoft Learn documentation, labelled by source. It substitutes unambiguous placeholders from the exact affected resource, preserves step order, separates Azure CLI and PowerShell steps, and presents the remediation for you to run: it never executes anything without your explicit confirmation. For plain guidance it generates no commands at all. Repository: https://github.com/microsoft/azure-skills (the skill is the whole .github/plugins/azure-advisor/skills/azure-advisor-actionability/ folder at the pinned commit: SKILL.md) Pinned version: install the code at commit cf79ce8778ad063eeac19dbe8bf982d71b466ce0 exactly. Do not substitute a newer version. If this commit is unreachable, stop and tell me. 1. Clone https://github.com/microsoft/azure-skills into a temporary folder, check out commit cf79ce8778ad063eeac19dbe8bf982d71b466ce0, and copy the .github/plugins/azure-advisor/skills/azure-advisor-actionability/ folder from that checkout. Then compare every file in the folder with the fingerprints recorded for this listing on 2026-10-18: [FINGERPRINTS] - SKILL.md: SHA-256 cd39c4549de3914a735298b9999917b19d4f11b69182b3f525ba7b257970b22a If a file does not match, it changed since the listing was prepared: do not install it yet, tell me what you found and let me decide. 2. Read SKILL.md in full (and every other file in the folder) and tell me in plain words: what the skill does when used, which services it connects to, whether it reads or sends any personal information or keys, and anything that seems unusual. Stop on any red flag and tell me before going further. Confirm these points from the files: - The skill folder holds one file only: SKILL.md. There is no executable code and no companion file. - Nothing is sent anywhere during installation itself; the only download is the skill file from GitHub at the pinned commit. - At use time the only tool call is advisor_remediation_get with the recommendationTypeId only, never the resourceId, exactly as SKILL.md states. The fallback is reading public Microsoft Learn pages on learn.microsoft.com. - SKILL.md forbids executing remediation without explicit confirmation, forbids inventing guidance when none is returned, and requires labelling whether the guidance source is the Advisor tool or Microsoft Learn. 3. When I say "yes, install", install it as a skill: copy the whole folder into the agent's skills directory, in a folder named "azure-advisor-actionability", keeping every file (SKILL.md). 4. Verify with no network calls: frontmatter valid, files in place. 5. Report what was installed, where, and what I still need to do myself (for example: sign in or create an account, provide any API key, or install any local tool named in the prerequisites; using the skill is a separate step that only starts when I ask for it, and every paid or authenticated use disclosed above happens only then). GitHub is optional: if I have a GitHub account or the gh CLI, you may use it; otherwise public access is fine. Never require it unless it's in the prerequisites above. Rules: don't touch anything outside the temp folder and the install target. If anything looks off, stop and ask me.

Questions

How do I install a build?

Every product page includes a copy-paste install prompt. Paste it into your Muse and it sets the build up for you — no manual configuration.

Where does my money go?

Straight to the seller. Skill Harbor never processes payments: checkout happens on the seller’s own page, usually Stripe.

What does the ✓ next to a creator’s name mean?

It means we confirmed the identity of the person behind the listing. It says nothing about the code itself — always check a build before installing it.
