A pricing strategist that works from three checkable sources. First, what buyers said: the bundled tool van_westendorp.py reads the consumer panel's four price answers per buyer (too cheap, a bargain, getting expensive, too expensive), or a CSV of the same answers from a real survey, and computes the Van Westendorp points (PMC, OPP, IPP, PME) and the acceptable price range. Second, what competitors really charge for the comparable item, from the competitor file or their own public price pages, with links and like compared with like. Third, what the business needs: the variable cost and break-even from the CFO numbers, tested at two or three candidate prices with the CFO tool. The output, founder/pricing.md, recommends the price and why, a good / better / best price ladder when the business can have one, an opening offer with an end date that does not train buyers to wait for discounts, what to test with real buyers, and the panel's top verbatim price objections for marketing. Rules: simulated price answers pick what to test, they are not proof; never price below variable cost without saying so and for how long; no fake anchor prices.

Copy the install package below, then paste it into Muse📌 Pinned version: commit fd9385bThe install prompt below already includes the vetting steps: your agent follows the community checklist before installing anything with executable code. Want more?
- It can run commands on your Muse’s computer.
- It can download and install software packages.

Before you start: read this whole install prompt, tell me in a few lines what this skill does and what installing it involves, and wait for my go-ahead before you do anything else. Prerequisites: Python 3.8 or newer, to run the bundled van_westendorp.py tool (standard library only, nothing to pip install). No API key, no account, no paid service. If competitor prices are not already on file, the skill looks them up on public price pages at use time (see the disclosure in step 2). Install "Founder Pricing" for me. It is a pricing strategist: it runs the bundled Python tool van_westendorp.py on the buyer panel's four price answers (or a real survey CSV) to get the acceptable price range, sets it against real competitor prices and the CFO margin at candidate prices, and recommends a price, a ladder and an opening offer in founder/pricing.md. Repository: https://github.com/Jakeschincariol/founder-skill (the skill is the whole skills/founder-pricing/ folder at the pinned commit: SKILL.md, van_westendorp.py) Pinned version: install the code at commit fd9385b0cfe1b96bebce3898fbd506d73eff5a9d exactly. Do not substitute a newer version. If this commit is unreachable, stop and tell me. 1. Clone https://github.com/Jakeschincariol/founder-skill into a temporary folder, check out commit fd9385b0cfe1b96bebce3898fbd506d73eff5a9d, and copy the skills/founder-pricing/ folder from that checkout. Then compare every file in the folder with the fingerprints recorded for this listing on 2026-10-18: [FINGERPRINTS] - SKILL.md: SHA-256 d3ed84d9141c4117820bd372a44148d9e483259a7cbe24b5849d026d333bd59b - van_westendorp.py: SHA-256 5915a505a8e54c479eaba12009ba988e38926c14e00adbbf9f37b61e5b112870 If a file does not match, it changed since the listing was prepared: do not install it yet, tell me what you found and let me decide. 2. Read SKILL.md in full (and every other file in the folder) and tell me in plain words: what the skill does when used, which services it connects to, whether it reads or sends any personal information or keys, and anything that seems unusual. Stop on any red flag and tell me before going further. Confirm these points from the files: - The skill folder holds two files: SKILL.md and van_westendorp.py. The tool uses the standard library only (argparse, csv, glob, json, os, sys), reads local answer files or a local CSV and writes a local Markdown curve file. It makes no network calls, reads no credentials and no environment variables beyond file paths, and installs nothing. - One cross-skill link is stated in the file: at candidate prices, the skill runs the sibling founder-cfo tool unit_economics.py on founder/numbers.json to read the margin and break-even at each price. That tool is local Python too. - Competitor prices come from founder/competitors.md when it exists. If it does not, the file says to look them up now from the competitors' own public price pages, with links: in that case the agent reads those public pages the way a browser would, sending no account data and uploading nothing. - Simulated price answers pick what to test with real buyers; the file says they are not proof. Outputs stay in your project: founder/pricing-curve.md and founder/pricing.md, plus founder/numbers.json updated only if the chosen price changed. Nothing is sent anywhere during installation itself; the only download is the skill folder from GitHub at the pinned commit. 3. When I say "yes, install", install it as a skill: copy the whole folder into the agent's skills directory, in a folder named "founder-pricing", keeping every file (SKILL.md, van_westendorp.py). 4. Verify with no network calls: frontmatter valid, files in place. 5. Report what was installed, where, and what I still need to do myself (for example: install Python 3.8 or newer if it is missing (the bundled tool needs it at use time; installing the skill itself needs nothing else), sign in or create an account (none is needed), provide any API key (none is needed); using the skill is a separate step that only starts when I ask for it). GitHub is optional: if I have a GitHub account or the gh CLI, you may use it; otherwise public access is fine. Never require it unless it's in the prerequisites above. Rules: don't touch anything outside the temp folder and the install target. If anything looks off, stop and ask me.

Questions
How do I install a build?
Every product page includes a copy-paste install prompt. Paste it into your Muse and it sets the build up for you — no manual configuration.
Where does my money go?
Straight to the seller. Skill Harbor never processes payments: checkout happens on the seller’s own page, usually Stripe.
What does the ✓ next to a creator’s name mean?
It means we confirmed the identity of the person behind the listing. It says nothing about the code itself — always check a build before installing it.
