Instead of a generic playbook, the skill works from the evidence the founder pack already gathered: the buyer panel results (the highest buy-rate segments become the first audience, the top objections become what the marketing must answer), the competitor map and its gap, the offer and the price, and what a customer is worth from the CFO numbers, which caps what you can pay to win one. It writes three positioning lines and recommends one with its evidence, picks two or three channels the first audience actually uses (with why each fits, a rough cost and how success is measured), and builds a dated 30-day campaign calendar from 14 days before launch to 16 days after, including ten hooks that each answer a panel objection or use a buyer reason, the launch-week offer, a budget split, the maximum cost to win a customer shown as a sum, and the three numbers to watch weekly.
