Your board of directors for a new business idea. The skill writes founder/idea.md from the conversation, briefs three sub-agents, and has each one read the idea through one published framework only: the Offers lens (from $100M Offers by Alex Hormozi), the Monopoly lens (from Zero to One by Peter Thiel with Blake Masters) and the Product lens (from the Steve Jobs biography by Walter Isaacson). Each member scores the idea from 1 to 10, lists the top three risks that would kill it, asks its questions and votes fund, fund with conditions, or pass. The chair then merges the three memos into founder/board.md with the vote, the shared risks first, every condition as a checklist for the rest of the founder pack, and the strongest version of the business the board can see. The board members are not those people and never speak as them: they apply published frameworks only. First step of the founder pack, and it also runs on its own.

Before you start: read this whole install prompt, tell me in a few lines what this skill does and what installing it involves, and wait for my go-ahead before you do anything else. Prerequisites: An agent environment that can launch sub-agents (the board is three sub-agents). No API key, no account, no paid service. Python is not needed. Install "Founder Board" for me. It is a board of directors for a business idea: it writes founder/idea.md from our conversation, briefs three sub-agents, and has each one apply one published framework only (the Offers lens, the Monopoly lens and the Product lens), score the idea, name the risks that would kill it and vote fund, fund with conditions, or pass, then merges the memos into founder/board.md. Repository: https://github.com/Jakeschincariol/founder-skill (the skill is the whole skills/founder-board/ folder at the pinned commit: SKILL.md, lenses.md) Pinned version: install the code at commit fd9385b0cfe1b96bebce3898fbd506d73eff5a9d exactly. Do not substitute a newer version. If this commit is unreachable, stop and tell me. 1. Clone https://github.com/Jakeschincariol/founder-skill into a temporary folder, check out commit fd9385b0cfe1b96bebce3898fbd506d73eff5a9d, and copy the skills/founder-board/ folder from that checkout. Then compare every file in the folder with the fingerprints recorded for this listing on 2026-10-18: [FINGERPRINTS] - SKILL.md: SHA-256 4e9868404b98ced245322d6c5d05ac6a3672960ecc0453338edc0d674b419a52 - lenses.md: SHA-256 75f2a0d0dc55675e6611940f511bb5e58244f2eefcdfac52ee4d1f42c668d096 If a file does not match, it changed since the listing was prepared: do not install it yet, tell me what you found and let me decide. 2. Read SKILL.md in full (and every other file in the folder) and tell me in plain words: what the skill does when used, which services it connects to, whether it reads or sends any personal information or keys, and anything that seems unusual. Stop on any red flag and tell me before going further. Confirm these points from the files: - The skill folder holds two files only: SKILL.md (the method) and lenses.md (short summaries, in the author's own words, of the three published frameworks). There is no code, no script and no tool to run. - When used, the skill launches three sub-agents inside your own agent environment and has them read two local files (founder/board/brief.md and lenses.md) and write local memos. It instructs no web browsing, no external API call and no upload: no business data is sent to any third-party service by the skill itself. - The board members are not Hormozi, Thiel or Jobs and never speak as them, quote them or claim their endorsement: the skill applies their published frameworks only, and says so. - Everything it writes stays in a founder/ folder in your project (idea.md, board/brief.md, three memos, board.md). Nothing is sent anywhere during installation itself; the only download is the skill folder from GitHub at the pinned commit. 3. When I say "yes, install", install it as a skill: copy the whole folder into the agent's skills directory, in a folder named "founder-board", keeping every file (SKILL.md, lenses.md). 4. Verify with no network calls: frontmatter valid, files in place. 5. Report what was installed, where, and what I still need to do myself (for example: sign in or create an account (none is needed), provide any API key (none is needed); using the skill is a separate step that only starts when I ask for it). GitHub is optional: if I have a GitHub account or the gh CLI, you may use it; otherwise public access is fine. Never require it unless it's in the prerequisites above. Rules: don't touch anything outside the temp folder and the install target. If anything looks off, stop and ask me.

Questions
How do I install a build?
Every product page includes a copy-paste install prompt. Paste it into your Muse and it sets the build up for you — no manual configuration.
Where does my money go?
Straight to the seller. Skill Harbor never processes payments: checkout happens on the seller’s own page, usually Stripe.
What does the ✓ next to a creator’s name mean?
It means we confirmed the identity of the person behind the listing. It says nothing about the code itself — always check a build before installing it.
