⚠️ **Trading warning / Avertissement trading** : informational only, not investment advice. This skill tracks insider transactions from public data and regulatory filings (SEC Form 4 disclosures, surfaced through Yahoo Finance): it is a window on what company insiders have already declared in public, never a way to trade on non-public information, and never an encouragement of insider trading, which is illegal. Insiders also sell for many ordinary reasons (taxes, diversification, scheduled plans), and a declared purchase is a fact about the past, not a promise about the price: following it blindly carries a real risk of loss. No output here is a promise of return. Curated by Skill Harbor: recent Form 4 activity for one ticker or a comma-separated list, over a trailing window you choose (90 days by default). It returns each transaction with the insider's name and role, the transaction type, shares, price, value, date and ownership type, plus a summary: net sentiment (net buying, net selling or neutral) with buy and sell counts and values; across several symbols, results are ranked by net buying value. Used well, it is context for your own research: an open-market purchase by an officer reads differently from an option exercise or a pre-scheduled sale, and the skill gives you the fields to tell them apart. It runs as a Python script (scripts/insider_trading.py, needs yfinance) from the staskh/trading_skills repo, with timestamps in New York time. From the staskh/trading_skills repository (MIT). Honest caveats: the data comes through Yahoo Finance's rendering of Form 4 filings and can lag the SEC's own EDGAR record or miss filings, so verify anything decision-critical on EDGAR; filing dates trail transaction dates by design; and a summary label compresses a lot, so read the individual transactions before drawing any conclusion. Skill Harbor never reviews the code, review it yourself before use.

Install
Copy the install package below, then paste it into MuseThe install prompt below already includes the vetting steps: your agent follows the community checklist before installing anything with executable code. Want more?
Use "Insider Trading Tracker" with your Muse. Prerequisites: clone the repo once (git clone https://github.com/staskh/trading_skills) and keep the folder handy; the skills live in .claude/skills/ and the scripts run from the repo with uv (uv run python), or with plain python if uv is not installed. This skill needs yfinance, installed through the repo project. No API key and no brokerage account are required; the data is public SEC Form 4 filing data surfaced through Yahoo Finance (unofficial, possibly delayed). 1. Open the skill: https://github.com/staskh/trading_skills/blob/main/.claude/skills/insider-trading/SKILL.md and copy the full SKILL.md text. 2. Paste it into a chat with Muse and add: "Show me the insider transactions for NVDA over the last 90 days from the public Form 4 filings: who traded, their role, type, shares, price and value, and the net buying or selling summary." 3. Separate open-market purchases from option exercises and scheduled sales before reading any sentiment into the list; only the first kind is a deliberate market bet. Tip: compare the same window across three tickers and rank by net buying value; the ranking is a research lead, not a verdict. Safety: a skill is plain-text instructions; it runs nothing by itself. This tracks public regulatory filings only. This is informational only, not investment advice.

Questions
How do I install a build?
Every product page includes a copy-paste install prompt. Paste it into your Muse and it sets the build up for you — no manual configuration.
Where does my money go?
Straight to the seller. Skill Harbor never processes payments: checkout happens on the seller’s own page, usually Stripe.
What does the ✓ next to a creator’s name mean?
It means we confirmed the identity of the person behind the listing. It says nothing about the code itself — always check a build before installing it.
