⚠️ **Trading warning / Avertissement trading** : informational only, not investment advice. A premium or a discount is a measurement with context, not by itself a reason to buy or sell an ETF. Curated by Skill Harbor: an ETF premium and discount workbench built on a simple question with a complicated answer, namely whether the market price matches the value of what the fund holds. The snapshot route computes the premium or discount to NAV for one ETF and immediately compares it with same-category peers, because a 1 percent premium means one thing on a large US equity fund and something quite normal on a crypto or leveraged fund; category interpretation bands are built in. Comparison and screener routes rank many ETFs from deepest discount to highest premium across a common universe organized by category (bonds, international, commodities, leveraged and inverse, derivative income, crypto). The deep-dive route explains why a gap exists: demand surges, time-zone mismatch, creation bottlenecks, stale NAV, or futures contango. The most advanced route decomposes a sudden large move into a NAV-driven part and an excess-premium part, estimates dealer gamma exposure from the options chain, and lays out a convergence timeline across hours, days, and weeks. Data comes from Yahoo Finance through the free yfinance library. From the himself65/finance-skills repository (MIT). Honest caveats: you need Python 3 with pip (the skill installs yfinance, pandas, and numpy itself if missing); the NAV Yahoo reports is the last official NAV, typically the prior trading day's close, not a live value, and prices can be delayed, so treat every figure as a snapshot; gaps smaller than the bid-ask spread are market microstructure noise, not mispricing; the gamma exposure estimate assumes uniform dealer positioning and is an upper-bound heuristic, not a reading of any dealer's actual book. Skill Harbor never reviews the code, review it yourself before use.

Install
Copy the install package below, then paste it into MuseThe install prompt below already includes the vetting steps: your agent follows the community checklist before installing anything with executable code. Want more?
Use "ETF Premium and Discount" with your Muse. Prerequisites: Python 3 with pip and an agent that can run Python code. The skill installs yfinance, pandas, and numpy itself if they are missing. No API key and no paid data subscription are required; NAV and prices come from Yahoo Finance via the free yfinance library, with NAV as of the last official close. 1. Open the skill: https://github.com/himself65/finance-skills/blob/main/plugins/market-analysis/skills/etf-premium/SKILL.md and copy the full SKILL.md text (the skill also reads its included references/ files on premium mechanics and gamma-squeeze decomposition, keep the repo folder handy). 2. Paste it into a chat with Muse and add one of these: "Is [ETF] trading at a premium or a discount to NAV, and is that normal for its category?" or "Rank these ETFs by premium: [list]." or "Why did [ETF] jump today? Decompose the move into NAV-driven and excess premium parts." 3. Compare any gap with the bid-ask spread first: a premium smaller than the spread is noise, whatever the headline number says. Tip: premiums and discounts are most informative on bond, international, leveraged, and crypto ETFs; on a giant US equity ETF, anything beyond a tenth of a percent is already unusual. Safety: a skill is plain-text instructions; it runs nothing by itself and places no trades. This is informational only, not investment advice.

Questions
How do I install a build?
Every product page includes a copy-paste install prompt. Paste it into your Muse and it sets the build up for you — no manual configuration.
Where does my money go?
Straight to the seller. Skill Harbor never processes payments: checkout happens on the seller’s own page, usually Stripe.
What does the ✓ next to a creator’s name mean?
It means we confirmed the identity of the person behind the listing. It says nothing about the code itself — always check a build before installing it.
