Curated by Skill Harbor: the cheap first filter of the clawock desk, run once per candidate name before any expensive deep research is spent on it. It answers a single question, is this name understandable and researchable enough to proceed, and it grades information richness (A, B or C, from the source classes you cite) separately from investment quality, because a poorly documented company is not the same thing as a bad one. Four hard vetoes are resolved before any check is counted: integrity or governance problems, an unintelligible revenue mechanism, persistent negative cash generation, and destructive dilution, the last two carrying narrow encoded exceptions for specific sectors such as clinical-stage biotech. You supply findings and evidence; the verdict itself (pass_to_deep_research, reject, or gray_needs_evidence) is computed by the packaged clawock command, and a verdict you state that disagrees with the computed one is treated as a validation error, not an opinion. Checks cover business quality, moat, management and governance, valuation, dilution and downside, each pass or fail carrying evidence, and a leveraged ETF takes a different path (underlying exposure, decay and regime, sizing limit, liquidity) because it has no company fundamentals to grade. The run ends with a five-sentence mirror test: what it does, why it earns, what must stay true, what would break it, and what you would do then. Prerequisites: the clawock package and an initialized workspace, and prices must come from the workspace pipelines, never from a web page quote. Honest caveats: the gate comes from a desk with an aggressive documented style whose caps still allow leveraged products through this filter when the evidence supports them, so set your own limits; and the package is pre-1.0 and changes daily.
