Curated by Skill Harbor: a behavior skill that teaches an agent to offer you a choice of response depth before answering. Instead of guessing how detailed you want an answer, the agent proposes four levels, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, each with a token estimate, and then answers at the level you pick. It uses simple calibration heuristics from the companion context-budget skill (prose at roughly words times 1.3, code-heavy text at roughly characters divided by 4) so the estimates stay honest without tooling. It knows when to stay quiet: if you already set a depth this session it maintains it silently, and it skips the offer entirely for answers that are trivially one line. It also knows that "token" sometimes means an auth or payment token, and stays out of the way then. By @affaan-m, listed here with credit to its creator. From the affaan-m/ECC repository (MIT). Honest caveats: pure behavior guidance, nothing to install, works in any chat including Muse; the estimates are heuristics, not metered billing, so treat them as relative sizes rather than exact counts. Skill Harbor never reviews the code, review it yourself before use.

Install
Copy the install package below, then paste it into MuseWe automatically scan every listing and flag anything suspicious, but we can't review every line of community code. Here's how to check a build yourself before you install it.
Use "Token Budget Advisor" with your Muse. Prerequisites: the Muse app (mobile or web). Pure behavior skill, nothing to install, no API key, no account. Works in any chat. 1. Open the skill: https://github.com/affaan-m/ECC/blob/main/skills/token-budget-advisor/SKILL.md and copy the full SKILL.md text. 2. Paste it into a chat with Muse and add: "From now on, offer me a response-depth choice (25/50/75/100%) with token estimates before answering substantive questions." 3. Pick a level for the session when it asks, or set a standing rule like "default to 50% unless I ask for more." Tip: pair it with a standing instruction such as "file-first for deliverables". Depth control plus a standing rule beats re-explaining what you want every time. Safety: a skill is plain-text instructions; it runs nothing by itself. Never paste secrets into a chat, and review anything Muse proposes before it acts.

Questions
How do I install a build?
Every product page includes a copy-paste install prompt. Paste it into your Muse and it sets the build up for you — no manual configuration.
Where does my money go?
Straight to the seller. Skill Harbor never processes payments: checkout happens on the seller’s own page, usually Stripe.
What does the ✓ next to a creator’s name mean?
It means we confirmed the identity of the person behind the listing. It says nothing about the code itself — always check a build before installing it.
