Curated by Skill Harbor: a prompt optimizer that works strictly as an advisor, never as an executor. Paste a draft prompt and it runs a six-phase analysis: project detection (CLAUDE.md, tech stack), intent detection, missing-context diagnosis, matching to ECC commands, skills, and agents, then outputs a complete optimized prompt you can paste and run yourself, with the diagnosis and rationale attached. It refuses to switch into implementation mode even if you say "just do it"; if you want execution, you make a normal task request instead. It also knows its boundaries: requests to optimize code or performance are refactoring tasks, not prompt tasks, and it says so. Original concept by community member YannJY02, via @affaan-m, listed here with credit to its creators. From the affaan-m/ECC repository (MIT). Honest caveats: advice quality depends on the draft you give it; a vague one-liner cannot become a precise spec by magic; always read the optimized prompt before running it. Skill Harbor never reviews the code, review it yourself before use.

Install
Copy the install package below, then paste it into MuseThe install prompt below already includes the vetting steps: your agent follows the community checklist before installing anything with executable code. Want more?
Use "Prompt Optimizer" with your Muse. Prerequisites: none to install. Advisory only; have your draft prompt ready. 1. Open the skill: https://github.com/affaan-m/ECC/blob/main/skills/prompt-optimizer/SKILL.md and copy the full SKILL.md text. 2. Paste it into a chat with Muse, then paste your draft prompt and add: "Optimize this prompt." 3. Read the diagnosis, copy the optimized prompt it returns, and run it as a separate request. Tip: include your project context (CLAUDE.md or stack) for sharper matching to ECC components. Safety: a skill is plain-text instructions; it runs nothing by itself. This one never executes your task; always review the optimized prompt before running it.

Questions
How do I install a build?
Every product page includes a copy-paste install prompt. Paste it into your Muse and it sets the build up for you — no manual configuration.
Where does my money go?
Straight to the seller. Skill Harbor never processes payments: checkout happens on the seller’s own page, usually Stripe.
What does the ✓ next to a creator’s name mean?
It means we confirmed the identity of the person behind the listing. It says nothing about the code itself — always check a build before installing it.
