Curated by Skill Harbor: a diagnostics-only BGP troubleshooting guide that makes Muse triage a broken or flapping BGP session with read-only evidence collection, never with guesses or disruptive resets. It opens with a read-only triage flow (identify the neighbor, address family, VRF and ASNs, capture summary state and last reset reason, prove reachability to the peer, check route policy references before assuming transport failure), then gives a state interpretation table covering Idle through Established with the first checks for each state. Transport checks cover ping, traceroute and TCP port 179 reachability without disabling ACLs as a diagnostic shortcut. Route policy checks cover advertised versus received routes, prefix-lists and route-maps, and AS path review with careful regex token boundaries. A Python parser pattern turns show bgp summary output into structured data, and a strict change-window-only section lists what must never be suggested as automatic diagnostics: clearing sessions, changing authentication or timers, enabling extra received-route storage, or relaxing firewall policy. Community-contributed to the affaan-m/ECC repository (MIT). Honest caveats: this is triage, not a fix, and real fixes belong in a reviewed change window; you need actual network gear and CLI access for it to be useful; it will not replace a network engineer. Skill Harbor never reviews the code, review it yourself before use.

Install
Copy the install package below, then paste it into MuseThe install prompt below already includes the vetting steps: your agent follows the community checklist before installing anything with executable code. Want more?
Use "Network BGP Diagnostics" with your Muse. Prerequisites: none to install. Pure guidance; CLI access to BGP routers helps. 1. Open the skill: https://github.com/affaan-m/ECC/blob/main/skills/network-bgp-diagnostics/SKILL.md and copy the full SKILL.md text. 2. Paste it into a chat with Muse and add: "Triage this BGP session using read-only commands only: [paste show bgp summary and neighbor output]." 3. Ask follow-ups like "interpret this neighbor state" or "which policy could be filtering these prefixes?" Tip: collect evidence before any change; disruptive actions belong in a reviewed change window. Safety: a skill is plain-text instructions; it runs nothing by itself. Never run session clears or config changes on production without approval.

Questions
How do I install a build?
Every product page includes a copy-paste install prompt. Paste it into your Muse and it sets the build up for you — no manual configuration.
Where does my money go?
Straight to the seller. Skill Harbor never processes payments: checkout happens on the seller’s own page, usually Stripe.
What does the ✓ next to a creator’s name mean?
It means we confirmed the identity of the person behind the listing. It says nothing about the code itself — always check a build before installing it.
