Curated by Skill Harbor: a context budget skill that audits what your Claude Code context window is actually spending tokens on, so you can stop guessing why sessions feel sluggish. It inventories every component by estimated token cost: agents (flagging files over 200 lines and bloated frontmatter), skills (SKILL.md files over 400 lines, duplicate copies skipped), rules (files over 100 lines, overlap detection between rule files), and MCP servers (server and tool counts, roughly 500 tokens of schema overhead per tool, flagging servers with 20+ tools and servers that merely wrap simple CLI commands). The output is a prioritized list of token-savings recommendations, so you know exactly what to trim first for the most headroom. By @affaan-m, listed here with credit to its creator. From the affaan-m/ECC repository (MIT). Honest caveats: pure diagnostic guidance, nothing to install; token estimates are heuristics (words times 1.3), not metered billing; run it when sessions degrade or before adding new components, not obsessively. Skill Harbor never reviews the code, review it yourself before use.

Install
Copy the install package below, then paste it into MuseThe install prompt below already includes the vetting steps: your agent follows the community checklist before installing anything with executable code. Want more?
Use "Context Budget" with your Muse. Prerequisites: a Claude Code project with agents, skills, MCP servers, or rules configured. Pure diagnostic guidance, nothing to install. 1. Open the skill: https://github.com/affaan-m/ECC/blob/main/skills/context-budget/SKILL.md and copy the full SKILL.md text. 2. Paste it into a chat with Muse and add: "Audit my context budget: inventory every component by token cost and flag the bloat." 3. Ask for the prioritized savings list: "What do I trim first for the most headroom?" Tip: run it before adding a new MCP server or skill pack, when you still have room to choose. Safety: a skill is plain-text instructions; it runs nothing by itself. Token estimates are heuristics, treat the numbers as directional, not exact.

Questions
How do I install a build?
Every product page includes a copy-paste install prompt. Paste it into your Muse and it sets the build up for you — no manual configuration.
Where does my money go?
Straight to the seller. Skill Harbor never processes payments: checkout happens on the seller’s own page, usually Stripe.
What does the ✓ next to a creator’s name mean?
It means we confirmed the identity of the person behind the listing. It says nothing about the code itself — always check a build before installing it.
