Prerequisites: None to plan — no account, no API key. ffmpeg and ffprobe are needed to actually render videos; paid AI generation only with your approval. Python 3 is needed for the skill's helper scripts. No GitHub account needed unless listed here. Install "Video Production Studio" for me. A Muse agent skill that coordinates brief-to-video production: route the request, render with ffmpeg, then inspect every delivery.
