Command creator: author optimized Claude Code slash commands

Prerequisites: Claude Code (the commands target its .claude/commands/ structure); nothing else to install — install the whole folder so the bundled references (patterns, examples, best-practices) come along Install "Command creator: author optimized Claude Code slash commands" for me. It gives my agent @softaworks's skill for creating Claude Code slash commands: a six-step workflow that auto-detects the location (project vs global), shows the four command patterns (workflow automation, iterative fixing, agent delegation, simple execution), gathers name/purpose/arguments/steps/tool restrictions, then generates the optimized command with bundled references, writes the file, and confirms usage. Fetch the SKILL.md file AND its bundled references folder from the repository path into a temporary folder and summarize what it does in one or two sentences. 2. Verify with no network calls: frontmatter valid, files in place. 5. Report what was installed, where, and what I still need to do myself (e.g. nothing — just say "create a command for X" and answer its questions). GitHub is optional: if I have a GitHub account or the gh CLI, you may use it; otherwise public access is fine. Never require it unless it's in the prerequisites above.
