Optimizes a job application from posting to interview prep: it analyzes the job posting (required skills, ATS keywords, cultural signals), scores you against the requirements (met / partial / gap), then delivers an optimized resume, a tailored cover letter, and interview preparation (technical and behavioral questions, readiness checklist). The heavy lifting lives in the bundled reference files — everything is in the repo. Discovered via skills.sh. Honest note: the SKILL.md itself is thin (~3 KB) — the real substance is in the references/ files, which are included; fetch those too or you get the scaffolding without the expertise.
