An opinionated anti-"AI slop" design skill for AI coding assistants: it makes generated UIs look made, not generated. Three verbs — design a new page, `hallmark audit` a target (read-only punch list), `hallmark redesign` inside existing implementation boundaries, `hallmark study` a screenshot or URL to extract its design DNA. It enforces structural variety (21 named macrostructures, 21 themes, forced rotation so two builds never look alike), a 58-gate slop test, mobile rendering verified at four widths, honest-copy rules (no invented metrics or testimonials), locked design tokens, and an 8-state discipline for interactive components. It asks three questions before designing (audience, use case, tone) and scans your project first so it never stomps on an existing palette or font stack. Discovered via skills.sh.
