K-DART: Korean corporate disclosure data (OpenAPI)

Prerequisites: Node.js 18+ (npx); your own free DART OpenAPI key (API_K_DART env var — save it in the vault, never paste it into chat) Install "K-DART: Korean corporate disclosure data (OpenAPI)" for me. It is a CLI-driven skill for Korea's DART disclosure OpenAPI: the full instructions come from running npx -y @nomadamas/k-skill@0 instruct k-dart (prints only the instructions applicable to your runtime), with hard safety rules (no payments, no plaintext credentials, no bypassing legal/identity boundaries) — by @nomadamas, MIT-licensed. Fetch the SKILL.md file (and any helper files) from the repository path into a temporary folder and summarize what it does in one or two sentences. 2. Safety check: review the SKILL.md and scripts for anything suspicious (unexpected network calls, shell commands, credential harvesting). This repo should contain zero secrets in code, credentials only via the secure vault, allowed hosts declared in the SKILL.md. The real logic ships via the npm package @nomadamas/k-skill — review it before first run; STOP on any red flag and tell me. 3. Install it as a skill: copy SKILL.md and its helper files into the agent's skills directory, in a folder named "k-dart". 4. Verify with no network calls: frontmatter valid, files in place. 5. Report what was installed, where, and what I still need to do myself (e.g. save my free DART API key as API_K_DART in the vault; run npx -y @nomadamas/k-skill@0 instruct k-dart to get the full instructions; the skill is written in Korean — work in Korean when invoking it). GitHub is optional: if I have a GitHub account or the gh CLI, you may use it; otherwise public access is fine. Never require it unless it's in the prerequisites above.
