Use "ultimate-seo-geo" with a coding agent (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Gemini CLI, Codex, Windsurf, Cline, Aider, or Devin). Prerequisites: a coding agent with shell access; Python 3 for the scripts. Optional: Google API credentials for PageSpeed and Search Console data (the skill works without them, with less evidence). 1. Fetch the repo: https://github.com/mykpono/ultimate-seo-geo, then copy SKILL.md, the references/ folder, and the scripts/ folder into a temporary folder. 2. Safety check: read SKILL.md and skim the scripts you plan to run (they fetch websites and may need API credentials; credentials go in environment variables, never in chat). STOP on any red flag and tell me. 3. Install it as a skill: copy SKILL.md, references/ and scripts/ into the agent's skills directory, in a folder named "ultimate-seo-geo". 4. Answer the skill's three intake questions: the URL, the primary goal (traffic, AI citations, local leads, traffic drop, keyword), and the mode (Audit, Audit + Plan, or Audit + Plan + Execute). If the site is not yours, say so: the skill switches to Competitive Mode. 5.
