Turns the panic of giving a wedding speech into a tight 2-4 minute toast built on one good story: it interviews the speaker (role, relationship to the couple, one to three stories — including the unusable ones — honest view of the partner, audience shape including grandparents and cultural considerations), then builds the proven arc — a laugh that costs nothing, the story, the pivot where the partner enters and the room goes quiet, two sentences addressed to the couple, and a one-line toast with their names last. It also ships delivery notes (where to pause, what to do if the laugh doesn't come) and a cut list naming every joke and story that must not survive, each with a one-line reason, so the open bar can't cause a relapse. Honest note: it is structural discipline, not a joke machine — it will push you to supply a real, specific story and will cut your darlings without mercy (no roasts, no exes, no inside jokes the median guest won't get, under 500 words always); give it bland inputs and you'll get a blandly polite toast back.
