Dark Slide Design Balance , design-balance rules and checks for dark-background Marp decks

Prerequisites: Marp CLI installed; the minorun-dark theme and check scripts from the repo; mutool and Python 3 for the inspection tooling (optional but recommended). Install "Dark Slide Design Balance , design-balance rules and checks for dark-background Marp decks" for me. It gives my agent @minorun365's field-tested rules for dark slides: measured margins, vertical rhythm, luminance-ratio color decisions, settled table/code/callout designs, Marp pitfalls, and post-export inspection checks.
