Azure Personalizer — generated documentation index

Prerequisites: an Azure subscription with billed Azure AI Personalizer usage (no usable free tier) — NOTE: Azure AI Personalizer is being retired (September 2026); verify its current service status in the live docs before investing in it; network access; the mcp_microsoftdocs MCP tool preferred (see the MicrosoftDocs/mcp installation guide), or a fetch_webpage fallback — the skill fetches live learn.microsoft.com documentation Install "Azure Personalizer — generated documentation index" for me. It gives my agent @microsoftdocs' expert index for Azure AI Personalizer: a category index (troubleshooting, best practices for features and rank API design, limits & quotas, configuration, Docker deployment) with links to the official docs, plus live documentation fetching via mcp_microsoftdocs or fetch_webpage.
