The UX is already solved by the repo's template.sh — stage-by-stage progress, confirmation gates, cross-platform URL opening, hidden secret entry, idempotent .env upserts, gh secret/variable writes, and a closing summary; your job is only to scope the procedure and author its stages. The process: scope every manual step and captured value first (reading .env files, READMEs, docker-compose and CI workflows — never inventing steps that may not exist), map each stage's exact journey through the UI, author the wizard by copying the template and replacing the stage block, then verify statically (bash -n, shellcheck) without running it end-to-end yourself. Honest caveats: the wizard handles secrets — hidden entry and .env writes are built in, but review the generated script before running it; it's ephemeral by default (deleted after the one run) unless you decide it should live in the repo.
