Habit Builder

A coaching skill that turns a vague intention ("I want to read more", "stop doomscrolling") into a concrete behavior-change plan: shrink the habit to a near-unfailable 2-minute version, anchor it with habit stacking, redesign the environment so the right thing is the easy thing, engineer an immediate reward, invert the loop to break bad habits, and install a never-miss-twice tracking rule — with a worked morning-routine example, a symptom-to-fix decision table, and an honest clinical boundary.

Needs
git; nothing else — pure coaching content, no API keys, no apps, no paid services. Steps: 1) Clone https://github.com/jayrha/agentskills. 2) Copy the habit-builder folder — including its references/ and examples/ subfolders — into your Muse skills directory (e.g. ~/.claude/skills/habit-builder). 3) Ask Muse to "help me build a habit" (or "stop a bad habit") and it will gather your target behavior, context, blockers and existing anchors, then draft the plan with the worked example as a model. Safety: it produces plans and markdown only — no system access, no network calls, no purchases. Note the skill's own boundary: for addiction, eating disorders, self-harm or compulsions causing real harm, consult a qualified professional instead of a habit plan. What you do yourself: describe your real routine and blockers honestly, then actually do the tiny daily version it designs.

Questions

How do I install a build?

Every product page includes a copy-paste install prompt. Paste it into your Muse and it sets the build up for you — no manual configuration.

Where does my money go?

Straight to the seller. Skill Harbor never processes payments: checkout happens on the seller’s own page, usually Stripe.

What does the ✓ next to a creator’s name mean?

It means we confirmed the identity of the person behind the listing. It says nothing about the code itself — always check a build before installing it.
