Plan any event end-to-end — birthdays, weddings, dinner parties, offsites, conferences, fundraisers: it starts by locking the four constraints (date, headcount, budget, venue), then sets the budget envelope with a 10–15% contingency, sizes the venue to the guest list with a weather backup plan, builds the guest and RSVP plan with dietary and accessibility capture, backward-plans the timeline from the event date, assembles the vendor and task checklist (quote, deposit, confirmation date, contact per vendor), writes a minute-by-minute day-of run-of-show with an owner per block, and bakes in contingencies (weather, no-shows, vendor failure). Honest note: it plans and coordinates — it never books vendors and never guarantees live prices or availability, and for large or regulated events it rightly flags that licensed professional help and local regulations apply.
