Curated by Skill Harbor — a layout review skill that stress-tests interfaces: group with space not lines (inter-group gaps at least 2× intra-group), align to shared edges with logical CSS properties for direction-dependent layout, order content by importance, plan for translated-string growth (no fixed-width text containers, pseudo-localization testing), mirror for RTL, and derive breakpoints from where the content actually breaks — never device presets. Keeps full-width buttons inside layout margins, floats sticky chrome above content, and never parks a critical action where resizing can clip it.
