It runs a CRIT workflow (Context, Role, Interview, Task): first an interview of up to three targeted questions to gather the decision, context, constraints, and what you are leaning toward, then the same evidence is examined through five strategic lenses (product clarity, risk and capital discipline, scale and systems, offer strength, and your future self), with disagreement forced between them so at least one lens challenges the preferred answer. The output is a fixed-format decision brief: the decision in one sentence, a context read, each lens's view plus blind spot plus recommendation, where the lenses agree and disagree, a future-self regret check, and a final brief with the decision, why, risk, next action, and what not to do.
