Personas give your AI a character: a voice, principles, quirks. Figurehead is a build you install once, and then it does the craft with you. How it works: 1. Paste the workshop guide into your AI's instructions. 2. It interviews you a few questions at a time: what kind of character, which name, how it should talk, how it should work and decide, and a few memorable quirks. Or start from the included Minibot Butler example and reshape it. Or capture the one you already have: your Muse already has a personality from your conversations. The workshop shapes it into clean files and scrubs the private details. 3. It drafts the persona as three files (personality, system prompt, dialogue examples) and shows you the full text until you love it. 4. Privacy is guaranteed up front: nothing you share leaves your chat and nothing is uploaded anywhere. A mandatory scan then checks the draft for real names, contact details, places, and private memories, shows you a short report of what was removed, and nothing moves forward until you approve the cleaned draft. 5. It guides the installation into your own AI setup, step by step. 6. Save and publish: it helps you save your persona (local files or a GitHub repo, step by step). It can also make a visual for your persona's avatar, and a cover image for the listing if you publish (bring your own image, or have the workshop propose directions). Visuals never show real people: no photos or likenesses of real individuals, especially minors. If you want it on the catalog, say "publish it": it prepares the complete submission with you and walks you to the Skill Harbor submission page. The team reviews every submission (reply within about 72 hours); nothing goes live without review. 7. Changed your mind? A clean uninstall prompt is included: it removes the workshop files and any unapproved drafts, and confirms what is gone. What is inside: - `SKILL.md`: the workshop master prompt (the interview flow, the drafting rules, the privacy check, the catalog option). - `templates/`: blank templates for the three persona files. - `examples/minibot-butler/`: a finished example persona to try as is or use as a starting point. No code, no dependencies. Works with any agent that accepts custom instructions, and it mirrors your language.

Install
Copy the install package below, then paste it into MuseCommunity-built. Skill Harbor doesn't audit code — review the source before installing.
Turn yourself into Figurehead. Read the workshop guide at https://github.com/skill-harbor-hq/persona-workshop/blob/main/SKILL.md and follow it. Interview me a few questions at a time and help me create a custom persona for my AI: its character, its name, its voice, its working principles, and its quirks. Draft the three persona files, show me the full text, refine them with me, run the privacy check, then guide me to install the persona in my own setup. At the end, offer me the option to list it on the Skill Harbor catalog. Uninstall: paste "Uninstall Figurehead from my AI: remove the workshop files (SKILL.md, templates/, examples/) and any persona draft I have not approved to keep, then confirm what was removed."

Questions
How do I install a build?
Every product page includes a copy-paste install prompt. Paste it into your Muse and it sets the build up for you — no manual configuration.
Where does my money go?
Straight to the seller. Skill Harbor never processes payments: checkout happens on the seller’s own page, usually Stripe.
What does the ✓ next to a creator’s name mean?
It means we confirmed the identity of the person behind the listing. It says nothing about the code itself — always check a build before installing it.
