The official ElevenLabs skill for generating music from a text prompt via the ElevenLabs Music API (music_v2_5 model): instrumentals, songs with lyrics, background music, jingles. It supports prompt-based generation, composition plans (up to 30 blocks with per-section positive/negative styles for fine control), video-to-music (score a video), streaming, and inpainting (regenerate a time range of an existing track, upload/extend tracks). Documented for the Python SDK, TypeScript SDK, and CLI, with output formats and content restrictions (no artist references, no copyrighted lyrics). Discovered via skills.sh. Honest note: an API key is required; the free tier's credits are limited (streaming and heavy use mean paid plans); upload inpainting is enterprise-only. Skill Harbor never reviews the code, review it yourself before use. Not verified.

Install
Prerequisites: An ElevenLabs account with an ELEVENLABS_API_KEY (free tier available, credits limited). Install "ElevenLabs Music Generation Skill for Muse" for me. Generate music from text prompts via the ElevenLabs Music API: instrumentals, songs with lyrics, jingles, soundtracks — with composition plans, video-to-music, streaming, and inpainting. Repository: https://github.com/elevenlabs/skills/blob/main/music/SKILL.md 1. Fetch the SKILL.md file (plus the references/ folder) from the repository path into a temporary folder and summarize what it does in one or two sentences. 2. Safety check: review the SKILL.md for anything suspicious (unexpected network calls, shell commands, credential harvesting). This repo should contain zero secrets in code, the API key only via the secure vault. Verify that holds here; STOP on any red flag and tell me. 3. Install it as a skill: copy SKILL.md and its references/ folder into the agent's skills directory, in a folder named "music". 4. Verify with no network calls: frontmatter valid, files in place. 5. Report what was installed, where, and what I still need to do myself (e.g. save my ElevenLabs API key in the vault). GitHub is optional: if I have a GitHub account or the gh CLI, you may use it; otherwise public access is fine. Rules: don't touch anything outside the temp folder and the install target. If anything looks off, stop and ask me.
Questions
How do I install a build?
Every product page includes a copy-paste install prompt. Paste it into your Muse and it sets the build up for you — no manual configuration.
Where does my money go?
Straight to the seller. Skill Harbor never processes payments: checkout happens on the seller’s own page, usually Stripe.
What does the ✓ next to a creator’s name mean?
It means we confirmed the identity of the person behind the listing. It says nothing about the code itself — always check a build before installing it.
