Every engagement follows five phases: define the ICP as pass/fail criteria, over-source candidates (2–3× the target count), qualify each with evidence (two independent sources for high confidence), score Hot/Warm/Cold/Skip with a ~20/30 target split, and ship a lead sheet with sources, confidence, and last-verified dates — 25 verified leads beat 250 junk ones.
