This skill runs customer research in three modes: analyze existing assets (interview transcripts, surveys, support tickets), mine "digital watering holes" (Reddit, G2, reviews) where customers speak unfiltered, and run primary research (surveys, 5-why laddering interviews). Every insight gets a confidence label (high/medium/low), per-source bias checks, and a minimum sample size before personas can be built — so your messaging is grounded in evidence, not assumption. Caveat: the guardrails only work if you follow them — one source and an opinion is not a finding. Discovered via skills.sh. Skill Harbor never reviews the code, review it yourself before use.
