Run an interactive weekly meal-planning session: tell Muse your household size, how many days to cover, dietary restrictions and which meals matter, and it suggests a varied week — no repeated cuisines, quick weeknight meals, overlapping ingredients so nothing goes to waste. You get a day-by-day grid plus a combined grocery list scaled to your household, as a Markdown table, a `.menu` file for CookCLI, or a store-ready list, with week/weekend strategies and scaling rules from solo cooking to batch cooking for eight.
