Cloudflare Sandbox (next)

Prerequisites: a Cloudflare account and a Workers/Pages project. NOTE: this tracks the bleeding-edge `@next`/preview SDK — APIs are subject to change; pin your SDK version. For production, prefer the stable-track skill (published as the `cloudflare-sandbox-stable` listing). Install "Cloudflare Sandbox (next)" for me.
