A Muse agent skill that keeps your capabilities intentional: route an ambiguous or multi-domain request to the right workspace skill (explicit user selections always win), build an inventory of your skills folder, audit for duplicate or overlapping skills with classified overlap states, and verify a new skill is actually discoverable. Inventory and audits are read-only — nothing is deleted or merged without your explicit authorization. No account, no API key, no network needed.

Fetch the SKILL.md file, scripts, and references from the repository into a temporary folder and summarize what it does in one or two sentences. 2. Safety check: review the SKILL.md and Python scripts for anything suspicious (unexpected network calls, system commands, credential harvesting). STOP on any red flag and tell me. 3. Install it as a skill: copy SKILL.md, the scripts, and references into the agent's skills directory, in a folder named "capability-operator". 4. Verify with no network calls: frontmatter valid, Python scripts compile. 5. Report what was installed, where, and what I still need to do myself. GitHub is optional: if I have a GitHub account or the gh CLI, you may use it; otherwise public access is fine. Never require it unless it's in the prerequisites above. Rules: don't touch anything outside the temp folder and the install target. If anything looks off, stop and ask me.
