It gives my agent @borghei's fullstack development workflow: scaffold Next.js, FastAPI+React, MERN, or Django+React projects (TypeScript, Docker, env templates), run static code-quality analysis (security, complexity, dependency CVEs, test coverage, documentation) with P0/P1/P2 recommendations, and consult the stack-selection matrix, architecture-pattern references, and lifecycle workflows. IMPORTANT: the license terms were not verifiable (frontmatter claims "MIT + Commons Clause"; the discovery manifest records NOASSERTION) — fetch from the link only, reproduce nothing beyond the link, and read the license terms yourself before reuse.
