TickTick Connector for Muse

Prerequisites: A TickTick developer app (developer.ticktick.com, free self-serve) with OAuth 2.0 scopes `tasks:read` and `tasks:write`, kept in your Muse's secure vault (never paste secrets here). Note: deleting a task is destructive and creating one is a write — both confirm first; completing a task needs no confirmation beyond your request. Tokens last ~180 days. TickTick has a free plan. No GitHub account needed unless listed here. Install "TickTick Connector for Muse" for me. A Muse agent skill that reads and writes your TickTick task lists: list projects and tasks, create tasks, complete and delete tasks. Fetch the SKILL.md file (and any helper files) from the repository path into a temporary folder and summarize what it does in one or two sentences. 2. GitHub is optional: if I have a GitHub account or the gh CLI, you may use it; otherwise public access is fine. Never require it unless it's in the prerequisites above.
