Shippo Connector for Muse

Prerequisites: A Shippo API token (Shippo dashboard), kept in your Muse's secure vault (never paste secrets here). Note: test keys are the default path (free test labels, nothing billed) — use them for every dry run. Production label purchase is HIGH: buys real postage immediately, exact-confirmation gated, plus `--live` required. Refunds only for unused labels within carrier windows.
