remove.bg Connector for Muse

Prerequisites: A remove.bg API key (free signup includes 1 credit), kept in your Muse's secure vault (never paste secrets here). Note: every `process` call burns paid credit (~$0.11–$0.23 per full-size image) — confirm before processing or work inside an explicit budget; run `account` first to see the balance. Images are processed on remove.bg's servers — no sensitive imagery without the user's okay. No video support. No GitHub account needed unless listed here.
