Hume AI Connector for Muse

Prerequisites: A Hume API key (created in the Hume portal), kept in your Muse's secure vault (never paste secrets here). Note: all usage is metered — every TTS call spends Hume credits; Hume offers a free tier. EVI 1 and EVI 2 are retired; target EVI 3 or EVI 4-mini only. No GitHub account needed unless listed here. Install "Hume AI Connector for Muse" for me. A Muse agent skill that synthesizes expressive speech with Hume's Octave TTS models and inspects EVI conversational configs. Fetch the SKILL.md file (and any helper files) from the repository path into a temporary folder and summarize what it does in one or two sentences. 2. GitHub is optional: if I have a GitHub account or the gh CLI, you may use it; otherwise public access is fine. Never require it unless it's in the prerequisites above.
