Curated by Skill Harbor: a network-hygiene skill for X and LinkedIn that treats your social graph as something to reorganize, not a one-way prospecting list. You give it your current priorities, target roles or industries, platform selection, a do-not-touch list, and a mode (light-pass, default, or aggressive). It then scores your following and connections on positive signals (reciprocity, recent activity, alignment to priorities, bridge value, real engagement history) and negative ones (abandoned accounts, stale one-way follows, off-priority clusters, repeated non-response), and returns a review pack: prune queue with reasons and confidence, keep and protect list with bridge values, ranked add and follow targets with warm paths, plus draft DMs, LinkedIn messages, or Apple Mail intros. The safety defaults are the point: review-first always, never blind auto-pruning, X prunes only accounts you follow (never followers), LinkedIn 1st-degree removals default to manual review, and it never auto-sends anything. By @affaan-m, listed here with credit to its creator. From the affaan-m/ECC repository (MIT). Honest caveats: it needs real access to your graph to be useful (X API or browser control, LinkedIn API or browser workflow); without that it can only reason from lists you paste in. It pairs with lead-intelligence (lot 50) for target discovery and brand-voice (lot 50) so drafts sound like you. Skill Harbor never reviews the code, review it yourself before use.

Install
Copy the install package below, then paste it into MuseCommunity-built. Skill Harbor doesn't audit code — review the source before installing.
Use "connections-optimizer" with your Muse. Prerequisites: the Muse app (mobile or web). For real graph access it also needs a path to your X and/or LinkedIn data: an X API key, or browser access where Muse can inspect your accounts. Without that, paste in your following lists and it will reason from those. 1. Open the skill: https://github.com/affaan-m/ECC/blob/main/skills/connections-optimizer/SKILL.md and copy the full SKILL.md text. 2. Paste it into a chat with Muse and add: "Optimize my network. Platforms: [X, LinkedIn, or both]. Priorities: [what you're working on now]. Targets: [roles, industries, or ecosystems]. Do-not-touch: [accounts to protect]. Mode: [light-pass, default, or aggressive]." 3. Review the pack it returns (prune queue, keep list, add targets, drafts) before approving any action. Nothing is ever applied without your explicit review. Tip: run brand-voice (lot 50) first and tell Muse to reuse its VOICE PROFILE, so the outreach drafts sound like you instead of sales copy. Safety: a skill is plain-text instructions; it runs nothing by itself. It never sends DMs, invites, or emails on its own. Never paste secrets or API keys into it, and review anything Muse proposes before it acts.

Questions
How do I install a build?
Every product page includes a copy-paste install prompt. Paste it into your Muse and it sets the build up for you — no manual configuration.
Where does my money go?
Straight to the seller. Skill Harbor never processes payments: checkout happens on the seller’s own page, usually Stripe.
What does the ✓ next to a creator’s name mean?
It means we confirmed the identity of the person behind the listing. It says nothing about the code itself — always check a build before installing it.
