Curated by Skill Harbor: a brand-identity interview skill that runs a structured, adaptive, multi-session interview and turns implicit founder knowledge into a master brandbook. Eight modules run in order (purpose, positioning, audience and niche, personality and archetype, voice and tone, narrative, founder tension, final synthesis), using laddering, 5 Whys, and projective techniques (brand obituary, competitive contrast) to push past surface answers. The interview discipline is strict: one question at a time, paraphrase plus one deepening probe after each answer, thin answers get challenged with a request for a concrete example, and every module ends with a Raw section (verbatim quotes) plus a Synthesis section (interpretation, candidate formulations, open questions). Progress persists to disk (module files plus a state.json checkpoint), so a later session resumes exactly where the last one stopped, and multi-founder mode interviews each stakeholder separately before a reconciliation pass to avoid anchoring bias. The deliverable is 90_SYNTHESIS.md: a master brandbook for briefing designers, writers, and collaborators. By @affaan-m, listed here with credit to its creator. From the affaan-m/ECC repository (MIT). Honest caveats: this is designed for multiple sessions over days or weeks, rushing it in one sitting produces shallow output; it needs an agent that can write files for the persistence to work; it makes implicit knowledge explicit, which can surface uncomfortable founder disagreements, that is the point. Skill Harbor never reviews the code, review it yourself before use.

Install
Copy the install package below, then paste it into MuseCommunity-built. Skill Harbor doesn't audit code — review the source before installing.
Use "brand-discovery" with an AI agent that has file tools (Read, Write), such as Claude Code, or paste it into a chat with your Muse. Prerequisites: no API key, no paid service. For the full multi-session flow with saved progress, an agent with file access works best. 1. Open the skill: https://github.com/affaan-m/ECC/blob/main/skills/brand-discovery/SKILL.md and copy the full SKILL.md text (plus the references/ folder). 2. Paste it into a chat and add: "Start a brand discovery interview for [brand/project name]. Participants: [names]. Save progress files under [folder path]." On later sessions, just say: "Resume the brand discovery interview" and it will read its state.json checkpoint first. 3. Answer one question at a time. When it asks for a concrete example, give a real one: client story, number, or quote. Tip: if several founders are involved, have each do their module separately before the reconciliation pass. Pair the voice-and-tone module with the brand-voice skill (also in this batch) for a source-derived style profile. Safety: a skill is plain-text instructions; it runs nothing by itself. Never paste secrets, credentials, or private financials into it, and review anything the agent proposes before it acts.

Questions
How do I install a build?
Every product page includes a copy-paste install prompt. Paste it into your Muse and it sets the build up for you — no manual configuration.
Where does my money go?
Straight to the seller. Skill Harbor never processes payments: checkout happens on the seller’s own page, usually Stripe.
What does the ✓ next to a creator’s name mean?
It means we confirmed the identity of the person behind the listing. It says nothing about the code itself — always check a build before installing it.
