Curated by Skill Harbor: a planning skill that turns a one-line objective ("migrate the database to PostgreSQL") into a step-by-step construction plan any coding agent can execute cold. It runs a 5-phase pipeline: research (pre-flight checks, project structure, memory files), design (one-PR-sized steps, 3 to 12 typical, with dependency edges, parallel or serial ordering, model tier per step, and rollback strategy), draft (a self-contained Markdown plan file where every step carries its own context brief, task list, verification commands, and exit criteria, so a fresh agent can run any step without reading the others), review (an adversarial review pass against a checklist and anti-pattern catalog, with critical findings fixed before finalizing), and register (plan saved, memory index updated, step count and parallelism summary presented). It detects git and GitHub CLI availability automatically and degrades gracefully to direct edit-in-place mode when they are absent. Pure Markdown skill: the repository contains only .md files, no hooks, no shell scripts, no executable code, nothing runs on install. By @affaan-m, listed here with credit to its creator. From the affaan-m/ECC repository (MIT). Honest caveats: written around a /blueprint slash command in Claude Code, so in Muse you paste the SKILL.md and drive the 5 phases conversationally instead; not for single-PR tasks or when you just want the work done now. Skill Harbor never reviews the code, review it yourself before use.

Install
Copy the install package below, then paste it into MuseCommunity-built. Skill Harbor doesn't audit code — review the source before installing.
Use "blueprint" with your Muse. Prerequisites: the Muse app (mobile or web). No installation, no API key, no extra account. 1. Open the skill: https://github.com/affaan-m/ECC/blob/main/skills/blueprint/SKILL.md and copy the full SKILL.md text. 2. Paste it into a chat with Muse and add: "Blueprint this objective: [your one-line goal, e.g. migrate the database to PostgreSQL]. Context: [repo layout, constraints, what done looks like]." 3. Walk the 5 phases with Muse: research, design, draft, review, register. Ask it to flag parallelizable steps and to run the adversarial review pass before you approve the plan. Tip: the value is in the self-contained step briefs. Ask Muse to make each step executable by a fresh agent with no prior context: context brief, task list, verification commands, exit criteria. Safety: a skill is plain-text instructions; it runs nothing by itself. Never paste secrets or API keys into it, and review anything Muse proposes before it acts.

Questions
How do I install a build?
Every product page includes a copy-paste install prompt. Paste it into your Muse and it sets the build up for you — no manual configuration.
Where does my money go?
Straight to the seller. Skill Harbor never processes payments: checkout happens on the seller’s own page, usually Stripe.
What does the ✓ next to a creator’s name mean?
It means we confirmed the identity of the person behind the listing. It says nothing about the code itself — always check a build before installing it.
